Mini Split System
Flexible, Space Saving, Money Saving
Maybe you need different temperatures in specific rooms or maybe you would like to add cooling or heating to your garage or other areas of your home that have no ductwork or vents. A Mini-Split is your solution.
Why choose a Mini-Split?
A big advantage of a Mini Split System is its' small size and flexibility for zoning or heating and cooling individual rooms. Many models can have as many as four indoor air handling units, or 'heads' connected to one outdoor unit. Each zone will have its' own thermostat allowing for temperature adjustments to specific zones. Ductless heating and cooling offers home and business owners a cost-effective way to replace inefficient window ac units, space heaters and electric baseboard heaters. They can be installed in home additions, garages, new construction, condominiums and apartments, or specific rooms.
Did you know....
Since mini splits have no ducts, they avoid the energy losses associated with ductwork of central forced air systems. Duct losses can account for more than 30% of energy consumption for space conditioning, especially if the ducts are in an unconditioned space such as an attic.
